1. Website use

You may use this website for personal hospitality information and legitimate enquiries. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material or use its content in a misleading commercial context.

2. Reservation requests

Submitting the reservation form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A stay is confirmed only after Arceng Works communicates availability, final pricing and applicable conditions and receives any required guarantee. Arrival and departure times, deposits and cancellation terms are provided with confirmation.

3. Rates and offers

Published rates are indicative starting points in Canadian dollars and may change by date, occupancy, room type and applicable taxes or fees. Offers are subject to availability, stated inclusions and date restrictions. They cannot be combined unless Arceng Works expressly agrees.

4. Guest conduct and property

Guests are expected to treat other guests, staff and property respectfully and to follow reasonable safety, access and noise requirements. Arceng Works may restrict access or end a stay where conduct creates a safety risk, serious disruption or unlawful activity.

5. Blue Hour Salon

The salon is restricted to persons aged 19 and over who present valid government-issued identification. Entry, gaming availability and house rules are subject to applicable British Columbia law and operational requirements. Gaming involves risk of loss. Set limits, take breaks and never gamble with money needed for essential expenses.

6. Website information

We aim to keep descriptions, images, hours and rates accurate, but services may change because of season, maintenance, safety or events beyond reasonable control. Images represent the character of rooms and facilities; a specific outlook or furniture arrangement is not guaranteed unless confirmed.

7. Intellectual property

The Arceng Works name, site design, written material, photography and brand marks are protected content. Personal viewing is permitted; republication, resale or misleading reuse requires written permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Arceng Works is not responsible for indirect loss arising from website use or reliance on unconfirmed information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law and contact
